Meet the maker

Hi, I’m Rachel, the hands and heart behind Easton Candle Co. I started ECCo in 2016 as a passion project. I’ve always loved burning candles, but often found traditional scents overwhelming. I wanted something different—candles that felt comforting and inviting without overpowering the room. As I started marking my own, I focused on clean-burning ingredients and thoughtfully blended fragrances, creating candles that are subtle, layered, and designed to bring a sense of calm, presence, and joy to everyday life.

Every candle is hand-poured with care, using 100% U.S.-grown soy wax, cotton wicks, and carefully selected fragrance oils that linger gently and will live beautifully in your home. When I’m not in the studio, I share my home with two free-range rabbits, Olive and Arlo, and enjoy the little rituals that make life feel cozy. Think the morning light streaming through a kitchen window, a favorite playlist in the background (I’m partial to ‘90s), and the simple joy of scent memories that transport you to another moment. Making candles is my way of capturing those quiet, beautiful moments and sharing them with you, one flicker at a time. So welcome, I’m so glad you’re here!
