Simple, seamless wholesale
We keep the wholesale process straightforward. Once your application is approved, you’ll gain access to our full line of candles and home fragrances at wholesale pricing. From selecting scents to building seasonal assortments, we’re here to help you curate what fits your customers best.
Designed to be flexible and accessible for shops of all sizes, and with no scent restrictions, you’re able to mix and match any fragrances that fit your shop. Opening order minimum: $250. Reorder minimum: $150.
All wholesale orders are hand-poured and packed to order. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an estimated ship date, with local pickup options also available. Standard turnaround: 5–7 business days. Larger orders: may require additional time.
After you submit your application, we’ll review your shop details and reach out once your account is approved. You’ll then receive login access to our wholesale portal, where you can explore products, pricing, and seasonal availability.
Once approved, you can start selecting products right away. Our full line is available for wholesale, including core scents and seasonal releases updated four times a year. Whether you’re stocking for everyday gifting or seasonal displays, you can mix and match anything to fit your shelves.

What’s your order minimum?
Wholesale pricing starts with a minimum purchase of $250. After your initial purchase, the minimum order quantity is $150. There are no minimums by size/scent.
Do you offer samples?
If you’d like to experience the scents before placing a wholesale order, we recommend starting with one of our Discovery Sets. They’re the best way to explore the collection and find the scents that feel like the right fit for your shop. They are available in core and seasonal scents and can be purchased here.
What’s your lead time?
Wholesale orders are ready within 5–7 business days. If you would like your order to be ready sooner, there’s a rush fee of 15% of the total order price. Please reach out to us to coordinate!
Do you offer seasonal or limited collections?
Yes! We create seasonal scents and limited-run collections throughout the year. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us to be the first to know when new fragrances are available.
What are your candles made of?
Every candle is hand-poured in small batches using clean-burning soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks.
Can I sell your products online in addition to my brick-and-mortar?
Absolutely! Approved stockists are welcome to sell Easton Candle Co. products online, with proper credit to our brand. We do ask that our products not be sold on third-party marketplaces like Amazon or Etsy.
Do you offer private label or custom collaborations?
We do not offer private label or custom collaborations at this time. However, if you’re looking for corporate gifting options, check out our custom favor candles.
