How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, excluding holidays. USPS typically delivers within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been processed and packed.

What is your return policy?

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit, less shipping costs. Products must be in sellable condition and shipped to our studio at your expense. Custom candles and used items cannot be returned or refunded. If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 14 days with a photo for assistance.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes! Choose in-store pick up at checkout to avoid shipping costs. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours and can be picked up during store hours. Pickups outside store hours can be scheduled by appointment via info@eastoncandleco.com. Orders not picked up within 30 days will be returned; a refund will be issued to the original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee.
